About Dash5

Dash5 powers Hexindo Technical Assistant, an AI assistant used by the service technicians of PT Hexindo Adiperkasa Tbk at the Sampit branch.

Dash5 is an early-stage product in development. It lets service teams ask questions of their own technical manuals in plain Bahasa Indonesia or English, and is designed to answer with the section the answer came from, or to say when the manual does not contain it.

Why it exists

Technicians lose time searching long PDF manuals on a phone at the work site. Dash5 is an attempt to make the manual answer the question directly.

Who builds it

Alvianur, developer of Dash5, based in Sampit, Central Kalimantan, Indonesia.

Current status

Dash5 is not yet generally available. We are looking for pilot teams who will bring their own manuals.
